Return Policy

All sales on Memory, CPUs and Special Orders are final.

For all other products, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required.

By submitting a Return Material Authorization request, you agree to the following:

A request for a DOA return is valid for 15 days from RMA request date. Once RMA has been approved we will issue a call tag via email. It is your responsibility to return the product within 3 business days of call tag being issued. Please keep your tracking information for proof of return.
Good Part Returns (GPR) and Wrong Part Ordered (WPO) are subject to a restocking fee of 25%, with a minimum fee of $15.00.

All parts must be verified by serial number to be authorized for return.
Priority Computer Parts reserves the right to refuse any return that is believed to have been damaged and/or tampered with by the customer.

Returns/Restocking Policy

PCP will not accept any products back that have been physically damaged, burned, abused, misused, neglected, repaired or modified. Product must be returned in the same condition it was received; otherwise all warranties are voided and no refund of any kind will be given. Product(s) will be shipped back to customer at their expense.

  • In case of exchange/replacement, the original warranty period transfers to the exchanged/replaced item.
  • All returned packages, due to customer error or refusal, will be charged 25% restocking fee on price of merchandise only (minimum $25.00 charge) and no refund on shipping charges.
  • PCP reserves the right to make a decision based on test results, whether to replace, repair, or to refund in accordance with our return policy.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases where the restocking fee applies.
  • RMA Processing may take up to 2-weeks from the time we receive the returned product.
  • Orders with part(s) totaling under $20.00 in value may be subject to a $5.00 minimum order fee.

RMA Policy

All returnable material MUST have an RMA number.
Returned packages with no RMA number will be refused.

To qualify for an RMA the customer must ensure the following:

  • Matching serial numbers of returned items to the invoice.
  • Proper packaging of the returned product.
  • Keeping/meeting time frames of RMA and warranty periods.
  • Ensuring all accessories are returned with product.
  • Providing the reason for return and a detailed description of the problem.
  • Insuring that the RMA number is visible outside of package(s) being returned.
  • Merchandise must be sent for return within 3 business days after the call tag was issued, otherwise RMA number will no longer be valid and package will be refused.

Priority Computer Parts Fraud Protection

Priority Computer Parts use serial number recording and cataloging, photographic and visual inspections, tamper-proof seals and manufacturer specification matching to prevent fraud.

In the event of fraud, the product submitted to our RMA department will be returned to the customer at their expense, including RMA testing, processing, and shipping fees and will receive no refund of any kind.
