Order Processing and Shipping Policy
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 8AM to 2PM Pacific Standard Time. Any orders placed after 2PM PST will not be guaranteed same day shipping. Priority Computer Parts will not be responsible for any freight charges if package does not ship same day regardless of cutoff times. Unless otherwise requested, SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED ON ALL SHIPMENTS.
Orders for items with "Special Order" or "Out of Stock" displayed will not be available for a minimum of 2 business days after the date of the order. All orders for "Special Order" or "Out of Stock" items are subject to availability and may be canceled by Priority Computer Parts at any time.
PRODUCT COMPATABILITY: IT IS THE REPSONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER TO PROPERLY ID THE PART NUMBER THAT IS NEEDED FOR THEIR SYSTEM - (PRIORITY COMPUTER PARTS WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR PRODUCT SHIPPED DUE TO 'INCOMPATIBILITY'. WE SHIP BY PART NUMBER. END USER SHOULD NOT GO BY WHAT MFG SAYS TO REPLACE WITH - END USER SHOULD GET ORIGINAL PART NUMBER OFF OF THEIR ORIGINAL PRODUCT. 25% RESTOCK FEE APPLIES FOR WRONG PART ORDER RETURNS.)
Shipping Disclaimer: Most items are calculated correctly, however, actual shipping charges may vary and you will be notified of any additional shipping charge changes prior to the item shipment.
Order Cancellations
All orders are subject to cancellation by Priority Computer Parts. If your order is cancelled due to item unavailability and or pricing you will be informed and your credit card will be fully refunded the same business day. If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, you must do so on the web. If your item has already shipped, you must wait to receive it and then return it. The item will then be treated as a non-defective return, and the standard 25% restock fee will be charged.
Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged for the full amount at the time your order is placed. In case of order cancellation, your card will be refunded the appropriate amount, usually within fourteen business day.
Warranty
Warranty is for repair or replacement only.
Warranty does not cover misuse, physical abuse or misapplication.
Warranty is void if the product has in any way been modified by the customer.
Warranty is good for 30 days from delivery date of product, unless otherwise stated
Returns
A return authorization number is required for all returns.
To obtain an RMA user must login, Select order number to be RMA'd and proceed.
A request for a return MUST be received within 10 days of the delivery date and is valid for 15 days thereafter.
Good part returns and wrong part ordered are subject to a restocking fee of 25% plus call tag charge.
Special orders may not be returned.
All parts must be verified by serial number to be authorized for return.
Priority Computer Parts reserves the right to refuse any return that is believed to have been damaged and/or tampered with by the customer.
All sales on Memory, Hard Drives and CPUs are final. No returns will be accepted.
Shipping Damage
If evidence of shipping damage is noted, customer must refuse product at time of delivery.Please inspect package prior to opening. Any noticeable damage to package constitutes freight damage and box must be refused at the time of delivery.
Item Condition
Unless specifically noted, all items are grade A, used condition. All items are guaranteed to be in working order and have no excessive signs of wear or use. If item received is physically damaged Priority Computer Parts must be notified within 10 days of receipt of product.
