TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Priority Computer Parts does not give technical advice or assistance. It is your responsibility to properly identify the part number that is needed for your system. Do not rely on any outside source for Part ID. Please take the time to obtain the part number directly off of the part that is to be replaced.

  • Unless stated otherwise, all product is refurbished.
  • Memory and CPU sales are final from date of sale.
  • Sales other than memory and cpu’s have a 30-day warranty.
  • Priority Computer Parts is not responsible for any damage to systems that have resulted from the use of our product(s).
  • In case of replacement, the original warranty period transfers to the replaced item.
  • All good part returns, wrong part ordered or customer refusal of delivery will be charged a 20% restocking fee (minimum $25.00) on the price of merchandise, and shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Priority Computer Parts reserves the right to replace, repair or to refund in accordance with our return policy.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases where the restocking fee applies.
  • RMA processing may take up to 2 weeks from the time we receive the returned product.
  • Unless otherwise negotiated, all RMA replacements will be shipped via UPS Ground.
  • In keeping with industry standards, Priority Computer Parts will not accept any product back that has been physically damaged, burned, abused, misused, neglected, repaired or modified. All warranties are voided and no refund of any kind will be given if product has been deemed to have been tampered with.
  • Customer will be notified of any return that does not qualify for credit back.
  • Signature is required for all shipments.
  • Printer and or printer parts do not ship with consumables – regardless of part number.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be authorized for the full amount at the time your order is placed. Charging of the card will take place at the time of shipping. In case of order cancellation, your card will be refunded the appropriate amount, usually within 14 business days. Cancelled orders may be subject to a 3% credit card charge fee.

Warranty Policy

Priority Computer Parts does not offer warranty on Memory, CPU’s or Special Orders. For all other product, we offer a 30-day Warranty. If the product is deemed dead on arrival (DOA), the warranty is for repair or replacement only. If the product is a good part return or a wrong part ordered there is a 25% restock fee, with a minimum restock fee of $15.00.

  • Warranty does not cover misuse, physical abuse or misapplication.
  • Warranty is void if the product has in any way been modified by the customer.
  • Warranty is good for 30 days from delivery date of product, unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellations

All orders are subject to cancellation by Priority Computer Parts. If your order is cancelled due to item unavailability and or pricing you will be informed and your credit card will be fully refunded that same business day. If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, you must do so on the web. If your item has already shipped, you must wait to receive it and then return it. The item will be treated as a non-defective return, and the standard 25% restock fee will be charged.

Shipping Disclaimer

Most items are calculated correctly, however, actual shipping charges may vary and you will be notified of any additional shipping charge changes prior to the item shipment.

Electronic Waste Recycling Fee

In accordance with the California Electronic Wasted Fee Collection, an Electronic Waste Recycling Fee will be assessed on certain covered electronic devices sold in California. Such items are covered by the law, including most video display products. The fee, ranging from $6 to $10 depends on screen size, and will be collected at the time of retail sale, including Internet and catalog sales, to California consumers. There is no redemption value.

Item Condition

Unless specifically noted, all items are Grade A, used condition. All items are guaranteed to be in working order and have no excessive signs of wear or use. If item received is physically damaged, Priority Computer Parts must be notified within 5 Business Days of receipt of product.

Shipping Damage

If evidence of shipping damage is noted, customer must refuse product at time of delivery. Please inspect package prior to opening. Any noticeable damage to package constitutes freight damage and box must be refused at the time of delivery. If product is accepted, freight claim damage is forfeited.

Return Policy

All sales on Memory, CPUs and Special Orders are final.
For all other product, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required.
