Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

RMA TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

All parts must have an authorized RMA number prior to shipping.
Ensure that all accessories are returned with the product.
Parts must be packaged properly for shipping.
There is a 20% restock fee on all good part returns or wrong part ordered.
To avoid a restocking fee when returning a DOA part, an exact replacement part must be ordered.
RMA numbers are good for 10 days after date of issue.
Warranty period is 30 days from date of order.
